Returns Policy

NO REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND

On the rare occasion a return is approved, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a reciept or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 14 Burton Court, Bayswater VIC 3153.

Shipping will be at the expense of the customer unless stated otherwise.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is faulty so that we can evaluate and send you a replacement.
